Check-in

After 14:00.

  • Open the door (smart lock).
  • Take the other keys on the table in the kitchen (for the trash cans).
  • While checking in make sure that everything is fine and that there aren’t any broken items.

Check-out

Before 10:00.

  • Please leave the house in a state of cleanliness similar to when you move in.
  • Wash all the dishes (in the dishwasher).
  • Wipe the stove (if dirty).
  • Throw away all types of garbage (at least do not leave any garbage in the house).
  • Open all interior doors.
  • Close all shutters with latches (if mesh, fix from the outside)
  • Close/check all exterior windows, second door.
  • Leave the keys on the kitchen table.
  • Close the door (smart lock), check.
  • Close the gate (fix it with an elastic band).
  • While checking out make sure you report any damage. Make sure you took all your personal belongings.

How to open the door?

Step 1: Enter code: 6 digits. 1 light bulb lights up for each number.

Step 2: If the code is correct, the lock will open.
If the code is not valid, please wait and try again.

Step 3: Open the door physically.

How to close the door?

Step 1: Close the door physically.

Step 2: Important! Pull the lever up.

Step 3: Press the “arrow” 1 time.

Step 4: If everything is done correctly, the lock will close.
If something is not right, wait and try again.

How to close the door from the inside?

Step 1: Close the door physically.

Step 2: Important! Pull the lever up.

Step 3: Press the button 2 times.

Step 4: If everything is done correctly, the lock will close.
If something is not right, wait and try again.

How to open the door from the inside?

Step 1: Press the button 1 time.

Step 2: Wait, the lock will open.

Step 3: Open the door physically.
