The house is located on a plot of 17 acres and borders a natural area (forest, no houses, nature conservation area). There are no neighbours on three sides of the plot.
Next to the house is a large yard and private parking for multiple cars.
The building has 2 floors. On the first floor: bedroom 15 m2 (view on sea and forest), kitchen 13 m2, bathroom 4 m2, corridor 9 m2. On the second: living bedroom 20 m2 (view on sea and forest).
Rules
- Check-in after 16:00, Check-out before 10:00
- Smoking inside the house is prohibited. However, you can smoke in open-air places such as terrace. π¬
- Pets inside the house are not allowed. Do not let cats, dogs, other animals go inside. π π
- Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00
- Minimum stay: 7 days (not negotiable in July and August)
- Payment: must be completed before check-in. πΆ
