Grmani is a small settlement by the sea with a dozen houses and a few villas. The settlement has a unique secluded location. At the same time, it is very easy and quick to get to beaches, shops, services, and attractions.

The house is located on a plot of 17 acres and borders a natural area (forest, no houses, no construction). There are no neighbours on three sides of the plot.

Next to the house is a large yard and private parking for multiple cars.

The building has 2 floors. On the first floor: bedroom 15 m2 (view on sea and forest), kitchen 13 m2, bathroom 4 m2, corridor 9 m2. On the second: living bedroom 19 m2 (view on sea and forest).

From the side of Rijeka

Autobahn A7, at the end enter the ring in the left lane, on the ring to the left, direction Crikvenica.

Road E65 Jadranska Magistrala, drive straight all the time ~2 km, there will be bus stops on both sides of the road, after 50 m turn right into the settlement.

From the side of Crikvenica

Drive past the turn to Grmani (left turn is not allowed), drive to the Katarina restaurant ~1.4 km, turn around and enter from the Rijeka side accordingly.

How to drive in Grmani settlement?

After turning off the E65 Jadranska Magistrala road, drive through the settlement for ~100 m, house #1 will be on the left, ignore the fork to the left, drive another ~80 m.

All the time there will be a stone fence on the right, then a gate, this is house #2. Open the gate and drive in.

Entry to the yard

When you go somewhere for a short time (a few hours, until the evening), it’s usual to leave the gate open.
