If you notice any problems or damages, please let us know right away. This gives us the chance to fix everything as quickly as possible.
WLAN
The Wi-Fi password will be communicated on your arrival.
Additionally, it’s is placed near to the bed. For simplicity, you can also use QR-code to connect. ๐
In the house and around the house there is a modern seamless Wi-Fi network. Inside the house Wi-Fi 7 (up to 6 GHz 802.11 be), outside Wi-Fi 5 (up to 5 GHz 802.11 ac),
Trash cans, Trash types
At the entrance to Grmani settlement there are shared containers of different colours. We kindly ask you to separate: glass/bottles in a special large container with hole, plastic/metal in a yellow container, waste paper in a blue container, other garbage in a green container.
The key to the containers hangs in the hallway. ๐๏ธ
In the kitchen on right side to the door there are white boxes for different types of garbage (plastic, paper). Under the oven there is a pull-out drawer. In this drawer you will find garbage bags of different sizes.
We kindly ask that you to remove all types of garbage upon check-out. Thank you.
Refrigerator, Food
Please do not leave any food items when checking-out, including in the refrigerator. Thank you.
Air conditioning
Two powerful inverter air conditioners are installed in the rooms. AC remotes can be used to control the devices. โ๏ธ
Out of respect for our Planet, we ask you to use electricity sparingly and leave the remotes in the designated places. Thank you.
Ventilation
Since the air conditioning system does not exchange air, we recommend regularly to open the windows for ventilation.
This applies particularly to the bathroom, in order to reduce humidity.
Shutters
In summer, to avoid overheating, recommended to (prtialy) close shutters before 9:00 and open blinds after sunset (or in the morning at sunrise).
For maximal ventilation open all the windows and doors in the morning and close before 9:00. After that, the temperature rises rapidly.
All shutters can be fixed on the walls of the house with plastic black holders, so that it does not chatter in the wind.
Windows
The bedroom and living room windows are fitted with insect screens that can be opened and closed as needed.
The kitchen window facing the street has a permanent insect screen. There is a film with mirror effect on the window, so during the day nobody can see anything from outside. We keep the shutters there constantly open and only close the curtain.
Wind
Sometimes wind there is very strong and fast. Mostly it’s coming from Nord-East. Otherwise from South. Please protect everything that can unexpectedly fly away. ๐ฌ๏ธ๐

Dishwasher
In the kitchen, there is a 60 cm dishwasher against the wall. To the left of it, under the sink, you will find dishwashing detergent.
To start the dishwasher, you need to press the buttons to select the mode and simply close the door tightly.

Washing machine
There is a washing machine in the bathroom near the window. To the right of it, under the sink, you will find detergent.

Mirror in bathroom
There are buttons for light and heating directly on the mirror. Yellow – off, Blue – on.
Please always turn off mirror heating before you leave bathroom. Otherwise the mirror heater will break. Thank you.
Smart TV
The kitchen and living room has a modern smart flat TV. This will allow you to use your favorite subscriptions and services. ๐บ
The remote controls should stay near the TV. Thank you.
Smart lock
If necessary, the lock can be recharged using the USB-C cable hanging to the right of the door. This cable and the charger must always remain in their designated place.
Parking
Recommended to park your car near to fig tree. There is mostly the shadow. ๐๐
Our parking entry is 6 meters wide, and the parking lot is huge. However, due to the mountainous terrain, we recommend entering the parking forward (just turn right off the road coming from up) and reversing out (to the road going down). This way, even a two-wheel drive car can easily exit.
Please drive slowly when exiting the parking to the road. For convenience, you can see the road in the installed mirror.
Outdoor lighting
A double switch is installed by the entrance door. Pressing either button twice turns the outdoor light on or off.
Pool safety
Do not climb onto the edge of the pool. โ ๏ธ
Do not jump from a ladder or box into the pool.
The use of any glass items in the pool is prohibited. Broken glass is very difficult to spot in the water and pretty impossible to retrieve.
Please notify us immediately if the water level in the pool falls below the minimum.
Swing
There is a roof for the swing that protects from the sun. ๐
There is a soft mat for the swing, it’s really cool to lie on.
Barbecue, Fire
Outside near the house you will find a wonderful barbecue where you can grill vegetables, fish, meat, and Croatian cevapi. ๐๐๐ฅฉ
Please be careful with fire! Especially in summer, when any spark can easily set dry grass on fire. Fires often occur due to carelessness.
Never leave the fire unattended! Especially with children. ๐ฅ๐
We recommend that you close the windows tightly in the house before you start grilling. This will keep the air fresh in the rooms and allow you to sleep comfortably. Thank you.
